This is the Last Will and Testament of me Henry Barrett Labourer of the parish of Worplesdon in the County of Surrey made and published athe seventh day of August in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and forty in manner and form following (that is to say) I give and bequeath to my son Henry Barrett of the parish of Worplesden Labourer all and singular my household goods plate linen and furniture of every sort and kind to be for his for ever also I give and bequeath to my son Henry Barrett the sum of thirty pounds with any interest that may be due to me at the time of my decease and now standing in my name in the Provident Institution or Bank for Saveings in the town of Farnham in the County of Surry to be for ever and I do also hereby appoint Mr Jas. Horne of Normandy Executor in Trust of this my last Will and Testament and that all the expences which he shall be at in the execution of the aforesaid Trust or relation thereto shall be paid him by the said Henry Barrett out of the said money or moneys received by him and it is also my desire that Mr Jas. Horne of Normandy do see that all my funeral expences and just debts be paid out of the money or moneys received by my son Henry Barrett as soon as may be convenient after my decease In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 7th day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty The mark of Henry Barrett Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator Henry Barrett for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who have subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto in the presence of the said Testator and of each other George West The Mark of George Smith Jas.
