George Griest (1673-1730) and Hannah Penner are shown in this family tree as the parents of Hannah Griest (born 1705/1706), but this assignment is not certain. 

The only record uncovered so far of who might be this Hannah Griest is the “Philadelphia Quaker Records. 12-6-1705-6, Hannah Griest daughter of John and Mary Griest born in Philadelphia”, quoted on page 3 of Samuel Cross’s book, “The Griest Family”, privately published, Westhampton Beach, NY (1966).   The problem is that John “The Pioneer” died in 1688, well before Hannah’s birthdate in this record, and there does not appear to be any record of John Griest “The Pioneer” marrying Mary.  This lack of a marriage record is curious, given the Quaker records of John Griest “The Pioneer” and Ann Butt’s intention to marry.
